Release: I hereby relinquish my rights
and I certify that my passenger(s) has/have agreed to hold WASHINGTON
STATE BMW RIDERS club, their Board, officers and assigns harmless
for any injury to property or person I and/or my passengers may suffer,
whether such injury arises while I/they am/are participating in an
event or while I/they am/are on the event premises. I further agree
to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by Rally officials
during this event.
Additionally, if registering minor(s): I certify
that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor(s) I am registering.
I agree, as parent or legal guardian to hold WASHINGTON STATE BMW
RIDERS club, their Board, officers and assigns harmless for any injury
to property or person(s) that the minor(s) I am registering may suffer,
whether such injury arises while they are participating in an event
or while on the event premises. I hereby relinquish my rights as
parent or guardian to sue or make any claim whatsoever against the
WASHINGTON STATE BMW RIDERS club on behalf of the minor(s) I am registering.
Quiet Time – 10:00PM to 6:00AM-Strictly Enforced
Event attendees/guests acting in a disruptive manner and/or violating
the established Quiet Time may be expelled from the Rally premises
immediately without refund of any or all paid fees at the discretion
of the Rally Chair or any WSBMWR Club Officer. |
